Picture this...
Wedding/Date night Saturday night that turned into a great time, considering I really didn't know many people. This was Hubs group of friends that we just really don't see very often. In fact, the last time I saw most of them was at another wedding 5 years ago.
Anyway, we were looking forward to it as we do any night out, just the two of us. I had a fun new outfit, fantastic new heels (it's not really necessary to wear 4 inch heels when you are already 6'3", but sometimes it just puts a little extra pep in my step, knowwhatI'msayin?') and a spunky hairdo.
Upon conclusion of the wedding, we then continued our little party at the casino. Necessary to hop into the Hummer limo (with leopard interior and starry ceiling)? No. Ummmm...not a good choice, nor was the decision to keep sipping on vodka to arrive home and in bed by 3:00 am.
Not a good girl. Not at all.
But we had fun and made some new friends! So that is what life is all about I guess. Enjoy the fun times, but just learn to take it easy. Not necessary to party like a rock star whenever we have a pass, but I'm not sure we'll ever learn. Ever. But that's ok. As my cousin put it, you have to be irresponsible every once in a while. It keeps us young. Heehee!
Happy Tuesday!

Ha! It was a blast and you looked amazing. I'm digging the heels on a 6'3" girl! I was definitely hurting getting up at 8:00 to clean and start cooking chili for football. I wondered about you guys all day and how you were hanging down at the Edward Jones Dome.
