Click, Take a Pic

(Mom's out there or those that frequent NickJr., did you get the title, is the song now stuck in your head? You're welcome.) I love my camera. It may be the best money I've ever spent up until this very moment in my life, except for maybe my hubby's wedding band or Mia's home from the hospital outfit. It's this one: It makes me happy. I love how easy it is to use and how much easier it is to edit them using my favorite, free editing software via Google - Picasa. I love the fact that it's springtime, the temps are being consistently warmer each week and that means more time outside to take more pictures. It's clearly obvious that I love to take pictures, as I often include them in almost all of my posts. Primarily they are of Mia and sorry if that gets monotonous, but I can't help it. She's just so darn cute and my favoritest person ever. This weekend is proving to be another great opportunity to get outside and take more pictures. Last weekend proved to be a wonderful time and I documented that earlier this week (just in case you missed it). The picture line up for this weekend includes my 5 year old niece's soccer game (hello, cuteness...small children playing soccer might be one of the most entertaining hours of my life), followed up by our annual dying of the Easter eggs with my Mom, Mia, my oldest sister and my two nieces, followed by our third attempt at a Mia photo shoot on Sunday. I am surrounded by awesome photographers in my family and one of them just so happens to be updating her website and asked if Mia would be her model...free, awesome photos, ok sure, are you kidding? She took our wedding reception pictures. she's amazing! See: I will shower you with all the gushy, kissy face details behind these pictures, our wedding, courtship, etc. later. It's pretty good stuff. Stay tuned... Happy Weekend! I'll show you the goods on Monday (maybe Sunday, but not if the weather rocks like it's supposed to!!).
